HDA has provided litigation support services to clients in several civil, administrative and even some criminal cases in state and federal court, primarily in Louisiana and Texas, but also in other venues across the country. Our chief role has been to protect the reputation of our clients in the court of public opinion. We are able to achieve positive outcomes by first understanding the litigation drivers and then aligning an outreach strategy with those overriding litigation goals. We typically assist with stakeholder identification, message development, media monitoring, communications training and opinion research, if needed.
